So I went to Coeur D'Alene, Idaho for the 4th of July. It was lovely. My ladies (Chase and Borq), my man and borq's man (Matt&Matt), and one ms Katie.
A couple highlights:
Watching fireworks from the Lady of the Lake (a ridiculous 6,200 sq ft houseboat--yes Chase KNOWS people) and having someone walk by and say "Wave to the poor people!" while pointing at the smaller and still very nice yachts going by.
The small-town parade where the lady on the float was yelling "Let's hear it for the Constitution!" ...and the subsequent uproar from the crowd. That Constitution...I'll tell ya! A real crowd-pleaser.
A mustache for every day of the week:
Three HUGE burgers in less than 24 hours.
Jumping of rocks with the love, exhibiting great form...that is also highly flattering and feminine:
